The Majesty of the Grand Canyon

What an experience to stand on the rim of the Grand Canyon and stare in amazement. Neither pictures nor words can do justice to the majesty of this awe-inspiring landmark. To know that over 600 people died here did not ease my fear of heights and caused me to stay far away from dangerous edges. I found it disturbing to see some adults and teenagers venturing out onto precarious looking edges. Yikes! The eight hours in the car were almost as much fun as actually witnessing the Grand Canyon. We ended the day with a wonderful meal at an Amish restaurant. Good times . . .

  1. These six Fellows are now likely to be the first I think of when I need advice and want to reach out for help. There is great value in the field trip, a lesson I hope to take with me back to my classes.
