One thing I've discovered in the last two days is the importance of having a cohesive team. When the team members work well together, I'm astounded to see what the team can accomplish. However, when the members are not on the same page, teamwork can be a frustrating experience.
So, one thing I'd like to work on this upcoming year is making my staff into a functioning team. Besides cheesey "get to know you" activities, I'm not sure what else I can do. The reporting simulation exercise we did on Monday would be one idea. Anyone have other ideas?

Maybe try partner editing sessions with different partners each time. I find that working with different people helps at times too.
