Me Right Good

Consistency. I think it's important to understand why we have an AP Stylebook. I have provided many answers to my students but consistency was never one of them.

I enjoyed the lesson that Steve gave teaching students how to apply the AP Stylebook to their writing and also the group activity that actually made us learn how to use the book appropriately.

Showing students real-life examples of errors is important to show them what is wrong and it started a new obsession in my life: finding mistakes.

When at the Grand Canyon, we learned where RV's are allowed to park and when walking the streets of Phoenix today I learned when it is O.K. to cross.

AP Style can be fun and I need to remember that learning can be enjoyable.
