Ask Allen...

The session with Allen  a hugely helpful session.  I am amazed at the list of items I have generated on my chart, a list that I am eager now to share with my staffs.  This session has me rethinking the separate nature of my programs--  newspaper, online, and broadcast.  It seems to me that blending them could be advantageous to everyone.   I still think that my J1 class needs to be separate so that I can do some weeding out and to ensure that I have laid the groundwork necessary for all three areas.
To say that I am excited would be a vast understatement.

Our guest from this morning was really interesting, although I am not sure that he really understood his audience.
