Frank LoMonte, executive director of the Student Press Law Center, spoke to the participants at the ASNE Reynolds High School Journalism Institute at Phoenix on Tuesday, June 21. Topics discussed included: students' free speech rights (ranging from publications to dress codes), censorship, copyright issues, plagiarism, "fair use", and privacy.
