The one thing my students have trouble with, when it comes to writing articles for our publications is coming up with topics. They have trouble coming up with ideas because, most of the time, it seems as if nothing important is going on at school.
The "Social Media Count" shows how many people use social media and it updates every second of the day .
It was interesting to learn that social media is a great way for students to look for topics and access information. I liked the idea of having students add people from the community and adding congressmen or other officials.
It is true that we get a lot of current news from facebook post. Therefore, I plan on giving lessons on using social media and using it as a main source to find topics and people to other sources.
